BARRY J. BOSCOE

Since 1972, Barry Boscoe has assisted individuals in creating and preserving their wealth. As the president of Brighton Advisory Group, a diversified financial services organization based in Southern California, Barry works closely with privately held corporations and individuals in areas such as succession planning, benefits planning, tax reduction strategies, asset protection planning and risk management.
He has been a lecturer at national conferences including the Advanced Association of Life Underwriters, 35th Tax Institute, University at Northridge Alumni of Retired Professors and the International Forum, Barry regularly provides seminars on a variety of tax strategies to accountants and attorneys.
His strategic approach has also attracted the attention of national publications and esteemed television and radio programs.Barry’s passion for finance is paralleled only by his love of family and the outdoors. When he is not spending time with his four grandchildren, his sense of adventure takes him to deep waters. Barry is an adventure photographer focusing on marine life, including Great White sharks. He has also photographed a number of indigenous peoples including the headhunting tribes of Papua New Guinea and Irian Jaya.
On land, if not in the office, Barry can be found skiing some of the world’s most challenging mountains.
Barry Boscoe holds the Certified Financial Planner designation. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Advanced Association of Life Underwriters and an associate member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
CATHY BOSCOE
ADMINISTRATIVE
Cathy has been an integral part of Brighton Advisory Group since 2014 when she left Big Lots as a district manager to join us in helping our clients with their policy servicing needs along with our partners in making sure all of our contracts are in order.
Her background is more than 34 years in retail management at the store level as well as upper management for such esteemed companies as Michaels, Walmart, Toys-R-Us, Harbor Freight and Big Lots.
In her free time, she loves to travel and has been to all seven of the continents. She enjoys decorating and spending time with her Grandchildren.
PEACE BURKS
ASSISTANT TO BARRY BOSCOE
Peace joined Brighton Advisory Group in the Spring of 2019 to spearhead all things policy service. Since then she has grown into more roles to become Barry’s right hand.
She has over 10 year’s experience in High Level Account Management roles in the financial and medical fields, working for companies like AIG, Americord Blood, and Psychemedics Corporation.
Peace holds a BA in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield.
When she isn’t spending time with her family, she enjoys reading, learning about up and coming new technology and event planning.
